Rather Be Early Than Late

I’m currently sitting outside in the sun as I write this in a notebook of mine. Obviously, as you are all reading it, I’m going to type it up when I get home and post it. This won’t be a long post because…well, I don’t really know what to say. This one will have no great revelation, nor will it have some inspiring message behind it. This one is just about what I’m doing right now in an attempt to alleviate boredom.

It’s my first day of Uni, and I’m sitting outside my classroom as I hand write this. There are others hanging around a few doors down, but I have a feeling they’re not for my group. Because, well, they’re not outside the room I’m supposed to be in. Also, my class doesn’t start until ten and it’s only just past nine right now. So I’m sitting here kind of early.

I’ll let you all in on a little secret…I arrived here at eight thirty. Now that’s early. I spent my time trying to find the right classroom, and then taking a bunch of photos (which will appear on my blog) of the area because I’m weird like that.

I’m really just writing this to kill time. As I said, I’ve taken a few photos of the area – oh hey, everyone else has gone in; their class must have started at nine – because there’s this patch of grass and all these trees which look cool against the rather cloudy sky. I plan to socialise a bit when others from my class arrive but for now, I’m going to make a few notes on the story I’m currently editing,

I got time to kill but I’d rather be early than late!

…I just hope I’m in the right place. (I was)
